Functions and Short Term Accommodation

Availability

Accommodation for individuals, groups and conferences is available at Sancta Sophia College during the University of Sydney vacation periods of Summer (November to February) and Winter (June and July). 

The exact dates of availability are as follows:

 2012

Saturday 30 June – Friday 27 July

Please note over the winter vacation breaks very limited ensuite or double rooms become available.  Majority of rooms available for casual accomodation are single and/or twin.

Groups bookings have reserved all available rooms between 6-16 July. 

Friday 23 Nov – Thursday 20 December

2013

Thursday 3 Jan -  Saturday 23 February

Rates

Accommodation rates include a complimentary light breakfast. There is a minimum two night stay policy on all rooms.  Stays of 7 days and longer receive a 10% discount off the total cost.

Trundle beds are available for hire in twin rooms for children only, at $20 per night. 

Single Rooms:

• Single Room $70 per person, per night
• Single Room with ensuite $90 per person, per night

TwinRooms (2 single beds)/Double Rooms (1 double bed) are limited and allow a maximum 2 guests per room.

• Twin/Double Room $115 per room, per night
• Double Room with ensuite $130 per room, per night

Summer School

Summer School Rates $420 per person, per week (no meals /single rooms only)**

Full Board

Full Board (Lunch and Dinner) $38 per person, per day

** Summer School Rates pertain to guests studying, teaching or lecturing at the University of Sydney, UTS, RPA Hospital or any other recognised educational institution. Summer School Rates cover seven (7) days or more of single room accommodation. You may be asked to provide evidence of your work and/or study when requesting the summer school rate.
