Accommodation Reservations

If you are interested in staying at Sancta Sophia College as a casual guest please complete a Casual Accommodation Reservation Form.

For group accommodation bookings (20 guests and over) please complete complete the Group Accommodation Reservation Form and accompanying Terms and Conditions.

An auto response will be sent to you to confirm receipt of your form.

Once your reservation details have been received the Conference Coordinator will contact you within two working days to discuss your application. If you have any enquiries please do not hesitate to contact the Conference Coordinator.  Office hours are Tuesday and Thursday and Friday 9.30am–5pm. Conditions of Reservations and Cancellation Policy

For casual reservations pre-payment of reserved accommodation is required to confirm your booking.

To cancel a casual reservation 48 hours written notice or more is required to secure a full refund of your payment.

For group reservations pre-payment of reserved accommodation is required to confirm your booking.

To cancel a group reservation:

  • Less than 30 days notice prior to reservation date – 25% of the deposit will be charged
  • Less than 14 days notice prior to reservation date – 50% of the deposit will be charged
  • Less than 7 days notice prior to reservation date – Deposit will be retained by College

For large group reservations and/or bookings that include venue room(s) hire, terms and conditions may differ depending on the size of your group and length of stay.  The Conference Coordinator will advise  your specific terms and conditions encompassing your specific room hire, catering and/or accommodation booking including payment and cancellation policy.
