The Octagon offers two large size rooms. During University session times the rooms are used as social areas and TV lounges for students and are subject to availability.

During the vacation breaks one of the rooms is utilised as a recreational lounge area for guests staying at the College. Including a Snack Vending machine, tea and coffee making facilities and Foxtel the room is ideal to unwind and relax in.

The other Octagon room is an ideal space to host your conference, break-out session or corporate activity. With large glass doors looking out onto Sancta’s leafy green grounds, the room can offer many ambiences or uses.

Room capacity

The Octagon can be arranged in the following seating configurations to meet your needs:

Octagon Room 1

• Theatre seating for 40 people
• Boardroom style for 30
• U-shape seating with table and chairs for 20

Octagon Room 2

• Theatre seating for 80 people
• Cocktail party for 100
• Classroom style for 35
• U-shape seating with tables and chairs for 50 people
• Boardroom style seating for 40 people
