Senior Common Room Dinner

Senior Common Room Dinners are held during regular dinner hours for members
of the Senior Common Room (mainly postgraduate residents) on the first
Wednesday of each month.

Proceedings are as follows:

• 6.15pm main course and welcome
• 6.35pm presentation and discussion
• 6.50pm dessert and matters of the SCR discussed

Either a guest speaker presents about their specialisation, current event/
issue or a member of the Senior Common Room delivers a presentation about
her/his course or research in a format that is accessible to all members of the
Senior Common Room. The presentation is followed by a discussion and dessert. The
dress code is smart casual and no academic gown is required.
