Sancta Sophia College offers a choice of venues for a range of functions, events and activities such as conferences, seminars, workshops christenings and weddings throughout the year.Established on the western side of the University of Sydney in 1926, The College was built in traditional collegiate style offering a charming and historical atmosphere. The College offers beautiful surrounds with the tranquil landscaped quadrangle, St Johns Oval and the Lavender Garden.

With facilities including a Chapel, Dining Room and Library we can ensure all your Conference or Functions needs are meet to ensure a successful outcome.

Accommodation
Accommodation is available during the University vacations in December through to early February and again during June and July each year.With one hundred and forty bedrooms ranging from single to twin rooms, some with ensuites; Sancta Sophia College provides affordable, quality accommodation for all individuals, casual accommodation or groups such as schools, sporting and tour groups, religious retreats and conference delegates.
The College provides a convenient and secure environment, a home away from home and is popular with visiting academics and postgraduates from the University of Sydney, and medical staff and students from Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.

Catering
Sancta Sophia College boasts a delicious menu of quality produce and choice with an excellent chef on staff. The fully equipped kitchen and Dining room will cater for all your conferences or function requirements. The kitchen offers set conference menus, cocktail menus, sit-down menus & buffet menus, along with facilities for drinks functions and a barbecue in the Sancta quadrangle.Full board can be provided for guests staying at the College as can full conference menus including afternoon and morning teas; and your special dietary need can be catered for.
Catering is also available for high-teas, lunches, dinner parties, weddings, cocktail parties and special functions.
