2009 Accommodation Rates
Casual, Group and Conference Accommodation is available at Sancta Sophia College during the University of Sydney vacations in January, February, July and December.
Accommodation rates include breakfast and there is a minimum two night stay for casual guests.

* The Academic Rate pertains to guests currently studying, teaching or lecturing at a University or any other recognised educational institution. You may be asked to provide proof if requesting the academic rate.
** Summer School Rates pertain to guests studying, teaching or lecturing at the University of Sydney, UTS, RPA Hospital or any other recognised educational institution. Summer School Rates cover seven (7) days of accommodation. You may be asked to provide proof if requesting the summer school rate.
Make a Reservation
Please complete Sancta's online Accommodation Reservation Form. An auto response will be sent to you, if you do not receive an auto response please re-submit the form.
Once your reservation details have been received the Conference Coordinator will contact you within two working days to discuss your application. If you have any enquiries please do not hesitate to contact the Conference Coordinator.
Conditions of Reservations
For all group, casual and conference reservations: Total pre-payment of reserved accommodation is required to confirm your booking.
Casual and Group Accommodation (under 15 guests)
- 48 hours written notice is required to secure a 50% refund of your payment.
- All guests must accept the College's Terms and Conditions before your reservation is accepted. Acknowledgement can be made via accepting the Ts&Cs when completing the online reservation form, via email or by returning a signed Terms and Conditions Form.
Conference & Group Accommodation (over 15 guests)
- Depending on the size of your group and length of stay terms and conditions differ.
