Our Head Chef Greg Atcheson, has been at the College for over seventeen years and is joined by a dedicated staff of assistant and trainee chefs. With a fully operational kitchen serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, a diverse and fresh menu is prepared daily including a selection of hot and cold, meat and vegetarian dishes. A diverse healthy gourmet salad bar pleases all tastes and accommodates most dietary needs however special dietary needs can be catered for upon pre-arrangement. Conference and Functions cateringSancta Sophia College offers conference delegates a delicious set conference menu including tea and coffee on arrival, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Sancta also offers optional additions to build upon the set menu to tailor the menu to your needs. Apart from tea and coffee on arrival, all conference meals are served in the Sheldon Dining Hall and weather permitting, may also be enjoyed outdoors in the Quadrangle.
The College also has menus to cater for buffets, cocktail affairs and three-course sit down meals for special occasions; such as weddings, baptisms, birthdays and anniversaries or for corporate meetings, conference social evenings/gatherings and any other celebration!
The College has facilities for pre-dinner or drinks functions held in the Library or the Sancta Quadrangle. The Quadrangle also has a BBQ which can be hired for use. Casual Accommodation DiningSancta Sophia College offers a Continental Breakfast included in the daily tariff rate, as such a Lunch and Dinner is available for purchase with a ‘Dining Room Pass’ from Reception or the Dining Room (after business hours). Lunch is $15 per person and Dinner is $20 per person.
