Sancta Sophia College is proud to have supported the academic journey of generations of young people for 100 years. What began as a community for women has grown into a wonderfully diverse and vibrant community of women and men from across Australia and the world.
Every member of our community is entitled to live, study and work in a safe and respectful environment, free from harm. In response to the Australian Government’s National Code to Prevent and Respond to Gender-based Violence 2025, Sancta has developed a comprehensive, Whole-of-Organisation Plan, which confirms our commitment to addressing gender-based violence in higher education.
This plan establishes a framework for the understanding and prevention of gender-based violence, as well as a compassionate and procedurally fair response to it.
It is a public commitment to values which we hold dear - integrity, respect and dignity for all.
