Sr Mary Shanahan rscj OAM is much loved by all those students who lived at Sancta during her days as Vice Principal and then Principal, and now still by today’s students who meet her at the College or know her through her association at Kincoppal-Rose Bay.
It is important that we mark Sr Shanahan’s time here and honour her enormous contribution to Sancta. There can be no more fitting way to do this than through the establishment of a scholarship in her name that will last into perpetuity. Sr Shanahan has helped to set the criteria for the scholarship, which is in line with her focus on inspiring a balanced approach to all aspects of life.
