Undergraduate Accommodation
Accommodation for female undergraduate students from $668 per week.
The College has a fee structure of 40 weeks per year for undergraduate students, which matches the academic year of the University of Sydney. By comparison, commercial student accommodation providers and private rental arrangements generally oblige students to sign 52-week contracts. Students can opt to stay longer than their contracted time by paying per additional week.
Postgraduate Accommodation
Accommodation for postgraduates and honours students from $757 per week.
All Graduate House rooms are single occupancy with a private ensuite. The fee structure for residents in Graduate House recognises the longer study programs of many postgraduate courses, with options for either a 40-week or 46-week contract.
Staying longer
Agreements are structured around the academic year of the University of Sydney as many students opt to visit family, stay with friends or travel during the Christmas period. Students are welcome to apply to remain at Sancta Sophia College outside of contracted weeks. Charges must be prepaid and are added per additional week beyond the contract.
