Sancta Sleepover 2025

Sancta Sophia College has been a home away from home for female undergraduate students in Sydney for close to 100 years. In 2025, we invite year 11 and 12 female students to join us for the 5th Annual Sancta Sleepover.

Come and experience what it’s like to live at College as an undergraduate student in the heart of Sydney’s university precinct.

On the same weekend as the University of Sydney and Sancta Open Day, year 11 and 12 women have the chance to sleepover at Sancta. The Sancta Sleepover is in its sixth year in 2025 and provides young women considering Sancta the opportunity to meet other students and experience life at College first-hand.

3:00 pm, Saturday 30 August 2025
to 10:00 am, Sunday 31 August 2025

Registrations for the Sancta Sleepover will open in July 2025

“I really enjoyed meeting everyone, and my favourite part was the paint and sip (with herbal teas). Sancta felt like a true community. Everyone was so kind, and it was a wonderful environment to make new friends and learn about each other.”
– Harper, Year 12 Student, 2023

“I enjoyed the painting activity on the rooftop. I liked the conversations we had. I loved the movie we watched. I loved everything about the experience.”
– Annabella, Year 12 Student, 2023

“The student ambassadors were super lovely and engaging! They answered tons of questions and made it clear how close-knit the Sancta community is.”
– Talisa, Year 12 Student, 2023

“The student ambassadors were all super nice and welcoming. They gave great advice and insights into what university and living on campus are like. Their support made the experience even better.”
– Emily, Year 12 Student, 2023

“I really enjoyed all the activities, including afternoon tea, paint and sip, trivia, and the movie! I loved getting to know some of the other girls through these activities. It was such a fun experience that I wouldn’t usually get to have.”
– Eleanor, Year 12 Student, 2023

“The Student Ambassadors made a concerted effort to act as friends, not just ambassadors. Their openness and honesty helped confirm my decision to choose Sancta.”
